Checking in again. I heard that a NYT reporter has a lead on a very wide and expensive LIES
townhouse coming to market soon, which again made me think of the Epstein property. I would love to

the Epstein property, to get me some information about its current legal status. It sounds like the
estate has been speaking with brokers, and I have read articles saying the property may be coming

- Do the private claims from victims of Epstein have any bearing over whether the property can be
sold?
- (This is a general question): What are civil forfeiture claims from the US government based on? Is
there one in place at this particular property? Or will there be?
- Is the DOJ currently in talks with representatives of Epstein's estate, including but not limited to
Mark Epstein, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, about removing the pendens? Or about reaching
an interlocutory agreement that would allow the estate to be sold?
- Is an interlocutory agreement currently in place?
- Please provide any additional information into the legal status of this property and the lis pendens
that you consider important. I am trying to understand if there are any legal restrictions that would
prevent it being sold.
